Raiser Resource Group had the privilege of hosting the world authority on Trust, Stephen M. R. Covey from the 30th to the 31st of August 2016. During his time here, Covey delivered 3 seminars: an exclusive CEO breakfast attended by some of the country’s top business leaders, an exclusive seminar with Safaricom Limited, and an open house event that brought together nearly 200 business leaders from various companies. 

Throughout the seminars, Covey provided an in-depth understanding of the immense impact that trust has on a business as not merely a social issue, but an economic driver as well. He argued that trust is the most critical leadership competency needed by leaders today. Leaders from diverse backgrounds and industries were then given an effective framework through which they could use to cultivate high trust culture in their business and develop action points to kickstart the process. The event was an eye-opening experience that inspired participants to nurture high-trust cultures across their businesses and society as a whole.
