How We Work

To help you achieve your people performance objectives, we begin our partnership with a pre-consult to provide a clear understanding of what your picture of success is. Together, we design an impactful Learning Journey aligned to your strategic priorities and clear measures of success. We then schedule leadership check points to review the impact from learning application and course correct where needed. Throughout the learning journey, we equip participants with processes to ensure sustainability of behaviour change and results.

Our work sessions are available as either in-house sessions or open house sessions. In-house sessions occur solely amongst members of your organization. The benefit of this format is that discussions are highly focused on your organization’s unique situation and desired learning outcomes. On the other hand, open house sessions occur with several organizations who share similar challenges learning together. Participants benefit from this format by gaining diverse perspectives into shared challenges and experiences from other organizations. This format also allows for a unique networking experience and cross pollination of ideas across industries.

We provide flexibility in how we offer our solutions for your convenience:

1. In-person sessions: Certified facilitators deliver work sessions through an in-person setting.

2. Live-online sessions: Participants interact with a live facilitator virtually and experience application-oriented work sessions similar to those held in-person.

3. Hybrid Sessions: We can work with an organization’s requirement for sessions to be delivered across both modalities

How We Work: Finding the right solutions for you

We engage with clients through a collaborative process aimed at understanding their performance needs, matching relevant solutions, and articulating desired behavior change to achieve sustainable results.

  • Step 1.
    Pre-session Consultation

    We meet our clients virtually or in person to understand their situation and needs. We then create a customized client learning journey that speaks to the results that they are looking to achieve.

  • Step 2.
    Creating Relevance

    We work to align the outcome of the pre-consult process to the principles and practices of the selected solution. This deliberate process ensures relevance for our clients.

  • Step 3.
    Work Sessions

    Our Delivery Consultants work with participants using adult learning principles and the 70: 20: 10 model to ensure meaningful learning and application.

  • Step 4.
    Learning Impact Assessment

    Midway through the learning journey, we assess impact of learning through Business Impact Meetings and conduct post learning assessments to gauge participants growth trajectory and satisfaction.
