Alongside 4DX author and guest speaker, Chris McChesney, Raiser hosted a group of over 500 corporate leaders for The 4 Disciplines of Execution in two events at the Capital Club and at the Movenpick Hotel. The 4 Disciplines of Execution is a simple and reliable formula developed by McChesney that helps leaders and organizations realize their most crucial strategic priorities to ensure strengthened operational and execution excellence. Guided by McChesney, participants went through the Disciplines to understand how focus, identifying lead measures, team engagement, and accountability can shift the strategy execution process beyond planning and towards taking action and seeing results.
