What Sets Great Leaders Apart?

Raiser was delighted to host a group of 100 corporate leaders during the “Get Better” Event, a time focused on building effective relationships that give organizations a competitive advantage. Based on his book by the same name, author Todd Davis guided the audience through an understanding of why an organization’s greatest assets are its people. The event imparted relatable stories, real-world case studies, and effective practices to help participants navigate issues frequently faced by leaders and organizations when it comes to the importance of healthy interpersonal relationships in the workplace. This included how to create positive coaching environments and develop talent, as well as how to engage people and achieve important goals as a team.
