Brief
The Client Partner role is designed to drive exceptional business performance by ensuring outstanding service and building strong relationships with Raiser clients, generating new business through a deep understanding of Raiser solutions, and achieving organizational sales targets.
Job Functions
- Follow up sales leads, identify opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and close the sale.
- Support sales activities through selling to new prospects, cross-selling, and following up on referrals.
- Achieve sales performance objectives and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver powerful and compelling business cases to clients (both existing and potential clients).
- Build mutually beneficial business relationships that drive customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate payback (return on investment) to clients from Raiser solutions.
- Develop key internal interfaces to ensure all commitments to clients are delivered to the highest possible standard.
Job Requirements
- A high degree of business acumen and credibility.
- The consulting ability to understand clients’ needs and articulate persuasively how our approach and solutions contribute to their sustained, superior performance.
- Ability to influence and work with senior decision makers in major corporations with confidence to present at Senior Leadership Team level.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Executive presence and credibility whether engaging on phone, in person, or in online meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A record as an achiever in a high-performance targeted sales environment, with a demonstrable passion for developing and closing business opportunities.
- At least 5 years of successful working experience in a busy and professionally demanding environment with a strong focus on results achievement.
